Start here: why I build in public with an AI team

Everyone wants the AI demo. Almost nobody wants to show the bill, the bugs or the 2 AM rollback.

That gap is the whole reason this blog exists.

What I do

I run Taut Tech. We build revenue systems for founder-led companies: growth, go-to-market and the operations underneath them.

I'm also building Skribbit, ThreeHouse and Twinge. Most of the day-to-day work is done by a team of AI agents. One rule doesn't move: a human still reviews what ships.

What you'll read here

Three kinds of posts:

• Systems. How a piece of the machine actually works, with enough detail to copy it.
• Mistakes. What broke, why it broke and what changed after.
• Lessons. The short version, for when the long version isn't worth your time.

If a post says something worked, it will say how I know. No screenshots of vanity dashboards, no "10x your output" threads.
